Plug-In for Delphi RAD Studio 13
Modern development tools
for professional Delphi projects.
The MSys Tool Suite is a modular plugin suite for RAD Studio 13.
It extends the Delphi IDE to include project-based task management, an AI interface via MCP, automatic
SBOM generation and productive IDE tools. This makes existing Delphi projects easier
to manage, more transparent and better integrated with modern development and compliance processes.

MSys Tool Suite components enhance the Delphi IDE with project-specific to-do lists, AI integration,
SBOM generation, and productivity-boosting automation—right where Delphi teams
work.
Many companies run business-critical software written in Delphi.
These projects are long-lasting, stable and economically significant. At the same time, the demands placed on software development are increasing: traceability, automation, secure supply chains, AI-powered analysis and regulatory transparency are increasingly becoming mandatory. The MSys Tool Suite bridges this gap. The suite extends RAD Studio 13 with a modular, Delphi-native tool layer. Tasks, AI access, SBOMs and IDE support functions are integrated directly into the development process as plugins. This ensures there are no disconnects between the IDE, the file system, source code management, assistance systems and compliance documentation.
Development Planning Within a Delphi Project
The Project To-Do Manager brings task management directly into the Delphi IDE. Tasks are stored by project in the .todo directory of the project folder and can be versioned along with the source code.

The SBOM Generator automatically generates a Software Bill of Materials for Delphi projects in the CycloneDX 1.6 format. It identifies packages, modules, runtime DLLs and other components from build and map information. It also offers IDE views, a graphical SBOM editor, virtual SBOMs, global configuration lists and CLI tools for CI/CD.

AutoReload is a helper plugin for the Delphi IDE. It monitors project changes and supports the automatic reloading of relevant project states.

MCP for RAD integrates an MCP server directly into the Delphi IDE. External AI tools can inspect and control the IDE via HTTP—for example, to read and write source code, perform project analysis, compile code, manage modules, and edit project to-do lists.

Project To-Dos make development tasks an integral part of the project. Instead of losing track of tasks in separate systems, the plugin saves them directly in the project folder. Each task can be recorded in a structured manner, documented in detail and version-controlled alongside the code. This ensures that planning, implementation and technical details remain closely linked.
AutoReload keeps the IDE context up to date. This helper plugin monitors project changes and
supports the reloading of modified project states. It is not a standalone main module, but rather a practical productivity tool within the MSys Tool Suite.
MCP for RAD connects Delphi with modern AI workflows. The integrated MCP server grants controlled access to the Delphi IDE for AI assistants. Instead of just reading files, the AI gains access to real IDE context: projects, source code, designer information, tasks, and notifications. This makes AI support for Delphi practical -
right within RAD Studio.
